Our team
Reast Weir is the owner and operator of W4. He brings vision and organization to all of W4 projects. He meets with clients, plans and designs projects, and is available every step of the way. Reast was born and raised in Dallas, TX. He grew up watching his father own and run a large excavation and concrete business. At a young age he was put to work installing silt fence and worked his way up to managing multi million dollar commercial, residential and government projects. After over a decade in excavation and concrete he decided to branch out and went to work for several local construction companies. He learned different trades from framing to roofing to flooring to real estate. He dove into as much as he could to learn the entire business. Today he oversees all of W4 operations making sure all projects are organized and on schedule.
Our history
W4 started in early 2015. The company has done countless projects. Ranging from small home remodels, commercial remodels, large custom home projects and developments all over Central Texas and the DFW Metroplex.
Our specialities
W4 specializes in residential and commercial custom builds. From 2,000 square foot hunting cabins in the middle of nowhere to 30,000 square foot commercial custom builds. From single lot spec homes to large developments. No project is too small. We are here from design to move in!
